വിദ്യഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത

General Manager MBA Finance qualification from a recognized University or equivalent or above.

Experience: Minimum ten years’ experience in business management in a supervisory cadre in a reputed firm.

Architect/Architect Firm B.Arch. or Equivalent qualification from a recognized University or equivalent or above. Shall have valid registration with the Council of Architects of India.

Experience: Minimum five years’ experience in the layout and design of apartments/ educational institutions/hospitals/office complexes/commercial buildings, etc. Must be experienced in the preparation of DPR for Government accredited agencies.

Assistant Project Manager & Senior Consultant B.Tech. / B.E. in Civil engineering from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above

Experience: Minimum 15 years’ project management experience in the execution of infrastructure projects, apartments/educational institutions/hospitals/office complexes/commercial buildings, etc. Thorough knowledge of estimation, tendering, quality control, billing, work auditing, etc. Sound exposure in Autocad/Project planning, etc.

Project Engineer & Consultant B.Tech / B.E in Civil engineering from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ project management experience in the execution of infrastructure projects, apartments/educational institutions/hospitals/office complexes/commercial buildings, etc. Thorough knowledge of estimation, tendering, quality control, billing, work auditing, etc. Sound exposure in Autocad/Project planning, etc.

Structural Consultant B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering plus M.Tech / M.E in Structural Engineering, from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above

Experience: Minimum 10 to15 years’ independent experience in carrying out the structural design and preparation of drawings for Infrastructure projects and Buildings. Thorough knowledge of Autocad, STAAD, etc. Or A retired Senior Engineer possessing B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering plus M.Tech./M.E. in allied subjects of Civil Engineering, from Government Departments/PSUs (of and above the rank of Executive Engineer) having 10 to 15 years exclusive experience in the Structural Design wing of the Parent Organisation.

Geotechnical Consultant B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering plus M.Tech / M.E in Geotechnical Engineering, from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above

Experience: Minimum 20 years’ experience in the Geotechnical evaluation of Infrastructure projects and Buildings. The consultant shall be either a serving/retired faculty member of Government or Government aided Engineering Colleges/NIT/IIT, etc., engaged in external consultancy works.

Electrical Consultant B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above.

Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in the preparation of electrical layouts and the estimates, supervision of electrical works as per specifications, measurement of electrical works, preparation of bills, checking of bills, thorough understanding of the statutory norms of KSEBL and Electrical Inspectorate and effective interaction with such agencies etc.

Site Engineer B.Tech / B.E in Civil engineering from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above Or

Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized technical education Board of Kerala or equivalent or above

Experience: For B.Tech / B.E holders – Minimum 5 years site experience in site supervision of civil/Infrastructure works. For Diploma holders – Minimum 7 years site experience in site supervision of civil/Infrastructure works.

Site Supervisor Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognized technical education Board of Kerala or equivalent or above

Experience: Minimum 5 years site experience in site supervision civil/Infrastructure works.

Accountant B.Com from a recognized Board/University or equivalent or above

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in accounting works in a reputed firm with knowledge in tally.
