📋 Key Responsibilities
Reporter
- Cover news stories, events, and community developments
- Conduct interviews and gather information from reliable sources
- Write clear, engaging, and factual news reports
- Work closely with editors to deliver high-quality stories
Sub Editor
- Edit, fact-check, and refine news articles for accuracy and clarity
- Ensure grammatical correctness and adherence to editorial style
- Write headlines and captions that grab attention
- Coordinate with reporters and editorial team for smooth workflow
✅ Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local, national, and global current affairs
- Experience in a newsroom environment preferred
