Key skill or job description:
- Provide operational support in development, clinical trials, toxicology study, pilot Bioequivalence batches etc.
- Working as shift in charge and responsible for all production activities.
- Preparation of daily production report.
- Maintain all documents related production activities.
- Ensure Raw Material stock availability as per plans.
- Preparation of qualification reports of old and new equipment’s
- Preparation of Development reports from available data during development Batches.
- Preparation of Process Hazard Analysis for upcoming projects.
- Create awareness about Standard Operating Procedures, product specifications and safety requirements.
- Training to subordinates and Technicians as per training need matrix
- To ensure plant safety in our day to day activities for smooth running of the plant.
- Ensuring prudent deployment of all shift workmen as per production plan training workmen on the shop floor to perform better
- Co-ordinates with maintenance department for Equipment modification for better efficiency or as per requirement, Shut-down and Preventive maintenance and breakdown jobs.
- Liaise with various support functions like QA/QC, Analytical, synthesis Lab maintenance, instrument department etc. for carrying out smooth operations.
- Doing Work as member of technology transfer team.
