• Operate and monitor production equipment such as reactors, filters, centrifuges, dryers, etc., as per SOPs.
• Carry out manufacturing of API intermediates and bulk drugs as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental norms in all operations.
• Monitor Critical Process Parameters (CPP) and maintain process records accurately.
• Carry out line clearance, equipment cleaning, and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments for smooth plant operations.
• Manage monthly production target planning and achievement.
• Report deviations and actively assist in technical investigations.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
