ഡിപ്ലോമ ഇൻ ഡെന്റൽ ഹൈജീൻ / ഡോറ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ക്ലാസ് വൺ D.H കോഴ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയവർ
ഡെന്റൽ ഡ്യൂട്ടിയിൽ 5 വർഷത്തെ പരിചയം.
1) പ്യൂൺ.
എട്ടാം ക്ലാസ് വിജയിച്ചവർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സായുധ സേനയിലെ ജി.ഡി ട്രേഡ് യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവർ
5 വർഷത്തെ പരിചയം (പ്യൂൺ പരിചയം നിർബന്ധം).
പ്രത്യേക പരിഗണന
വിരമിച്ച സേനാംഗങ്ങൾക്കും അവരുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ മുൻഗണന ലഭിക്കും. വിരമിച്ച സൈനികർക്കും യോഗ്യതയുള്ള സാധാരണക്കാർക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ.
പ്രവൃത്തിപരിചയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്.
പാൻ കാർഡ്, ആധാർ കാർഡ് പകർപ്പുകൾ.
മുൻ സൈനികർ: ഡിസ്ചാർജ് ബുക്ക്, പെൻഷൻ പേയ്മെന്റ് ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയുടെ പകർപ്പുകൾ.
എല്ലാ രേഖകളും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയതായിരിക്കണം.
