1) Department: Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Designation: Manager – Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Experience: 10–15 Years (Chemical/Agrochemical Industry Preferred)
Qualification:
B.Tech./B.E. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
Salary: ₹12–15 LPA (Negotiable)
Work Location: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Key Skill or Job Description:
Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.
Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) in SAP B1.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Quality, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
Conduct Demand Planning and S&OP activities.
Monitor production performance, capacity utilization, and planning accuracy.
Drive process improvements, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and cost optimization.
Generate MIS reports and maintain SAP master data (BOM, Routing, Recipes, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SAP (PP/MM Modules) and Advanced MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of MRP, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Supply Chain.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
