🔍 Job Description

Spare Incharge (Automobile/Maruti Suzuki)

The Spare Incharge will be responsible for the overall operations of the spare parts division. This includes efficient inventory management, ensuring parts availability, managing procurement, and leading a team to achieve service targets.

• Manage the complete inventory cycle: ordering, receipt, storage, and issuance of genuine Maruti Suzuki spare parts.
• Ensure accurate stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Liaise with the Service/Workshop team to forecast part requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all spare parts transactions.
• Handle periodic physical stock audits and reconciliation.
• Adhere strictly to all company and Maruti Suzuki standards for spare parts operations.

Spare Assistant (Automobile/Maruti Suzuki)

The Spare Assistant will provide support to the Spare Incharge in the day-to-day operations of the parts department, focusing on timely and accurate parts issuance and inventory upkeep.

• Assist in receiving, shelving, and issuing spare parts to technicians and customers.
• Ensure proper organization and labeling of parts within the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parts department.
• Assist in physical verification and stock-taking activities.
• Handle basic documentation and record-keeping related to parts movement.

✅ Qualifications & Required Skills

Education	Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or Commerce.	Minimum ITI or equivalent qualification.
Experience	3-5 years of experience in an Automobile Parts Department, preferably with Maruti Suzuki.	1-2 years of experience in spare parts handling is preferred. Freshers with a relevant technical background may also apply.
Required Skills	Strong Inventory Management (ERP/DMS), Leadership, Negotiation, Parts Identification, IT proficiency (MS Office).	Attention to Detail, Stock Keeping, Basic Computer Skills, Organized, Ability to handle physical work.
