Salary Details 

• The selected employees will receive the amount as wages given to Class IV employees as per the government order of the time on a daily wage basis.

Qualification

Housekeeping Staff

• SSLC or equivalent qualification
• Craft Certificate in Hotel Accommodation Operation from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala. OR
• Must have passed one year Diploma or PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operation from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Union Ministry of Tourism.
• 6 months work experience in Housekeeping in hotels of 2 star classification or above.

Food and Beverage Staff

• Must have passed Pre-Degree/10+2
• One year Food and Beverage Service Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala OR
• Must have passed one year Diploma in Food and Beverage Service from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Union Ministry of Tourism.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Waiter/ Butler/ Captain in a hotel of 2 star classification or above.

Cook

• SSLC or equivalent qualification
• Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala. OR
• Must have passed one year Diploma in Cookery/Food Production from Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology under the Ministry of Tourism
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Cook/ Assistant Cook in a hotel of 2 star classification or above.

Assistant Cook

• SSLC or equivalent qualification
• Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Cook/ Assistant Cook in a hotel of 2 star classification or above.

Receptionist

• Must be a Pre-Degree/10+2 pass
• Craft Certificate in Front Office Operation from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Office Assistant/Receptionist in 2 Star Classification or above Hotels.

Kitchen Mate

• SSLC or equivalent qualification
• Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Cook/Assistant Cook in 2 Star Classification or above Hotels.
