1) Department: Engineering OSD (Process Maintenance)
Designation: Engineer / Senior Engineer (Based on experience)
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Perform routine engineering operations and support plant functions.
- Execute planned preventive maintenance and identify critical spares for production.
- Maintain day-to-day facility upkeep and record shop-floor observations using GMP documentation.
- Ensure safe operation of all plant equipment.
- Handle and analyze breakdown maintenance of electrical, electronic, and process equipment.
- Maintain adequate stock of lubricants, grease, consumables, belts, and seals.
- Coordinate with external agencies and assist in vendor development.
- Implement departmental documentation and ensure compliance with cGMP and Quality standards.
- Supervise in-house engineering projects related to plant machinery.
- Maintain daily breakdown reports and summaries.
- Coordinate PLC validation, process machine calibration, and engineering drawing updates.
- Track engineering inventory and ensure timely stock availability.
- Update engineering drawings as required.
- Create, plan, and execute preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
