Office Administrator – EBOTTO EDUTECH PVT LTD
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and staff.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence (email and phone), and maintaining filing systems.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and restocked as needed.
- Prepare presentations and reports as required.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics (if applicable).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Tally).
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
