Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities (Expected):
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle all customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to all company policies and operational standards.
