We are looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic Python AI Academic Project Coordinator to coordinate, guide, and support college students in completing academic projects in Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating student projects, providing technical guidance, ensuring project quality, and maintaining academic relationships with colleges. The role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to mentor students in practical project development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Project Coordination

Coordinate Python, AI, ML, Data Science, and Generative AI academic projects for college students.

Understand project requirements from students and colleges.

Allocate projects based on students’ academic requirements and technical skills.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Maintain project schedules, documentation, and progress reports.

2. Technical Guidance

Guide students in Python programming and AI-based application development.

Assist students in project architecture, coding, debugging, and testing.

Provide technical support for mini projects, major projects, and final-year projects.

Guide students in developing real-time applications using AI tools and technologies.

Support students in preparing project reports, presentations, and demonstrations.

3. AI & Python Project Development

Coordinate projects involving:

Python Full Stack Development

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Generative AI and LLM Applications

Data Science and Data Analytics

Chatbots and AI Assistants

RAG-based Applications

AI Automation and Agentic AI

Web Applications using Python

Encourage students to develop innovative and industry-oriented projects.

4. Coordination

Communicate with college faculty, HODs, and project coordinators.

Coordinate academic project programs with colleges.

Conduct project orientation sessions and technical workshops.

Maintain professional relationships with colleges and students.

Support internship and placement-related academic activities.

5. Academic & Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain student project records and databases.

Prepare weekly project progress reports.

Ensure proper project documentation and quality standards.

Coordinate with the trainers and technical teams.

Support academic project marketing and student enrollment activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Python programming.

Basic to advanced knowledge of AI/ML concepts.

Knowledge of Django, Flask, FastAPI, or Python web development.

Familiarity with Git, GitHub, APIs, and databases.

Knowledge of Generative AI tools and AI application development.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to guide and mentor college students.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in academic project coordination or technical mentoring.

Experience handling college students and academic institutions.

Knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and AI agents.

Experience in developing real-time Python AI applications.

Knowledge of project documentation and academic presentation requirements.
