Designation: Safety Officer
Experience: 2 – 3 years in API plant
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Tech Chemical is an added advantage
Key skill or job description:
• Issue and monitor work permits (hot work, confined space)
• Conduct safety surveys and plant safety rounds
• Maintain and follow up the near miss tracker
• Support incident reporting, investigation and closure
• Ensure PPE use and safe practices on the shop floor
• Conduct safety trainings and toolbox talks for shop floor teams
• Coordinate with production and engineering on shift
• Work permit system and safety documentation knowledge
• Good communication and reporting; ready to work in shifts
Who Can Apply
EHS engineering or science professionals holding a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, or a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, who possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience inside an active API manufacturing facility are welcome to apply.
