Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), Associate Engineer Trainee

- Job Location:
- Across India: Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Delhi (Open for any location in India)
- Final posting location is based solely on business requirements and management discretion
Compensation:
CTC: ₹4,00,100 per annum
Training period: Up to 15 months from the date of initial commencement of training
First 3 months: classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month, as an intern
Next 12 months: on-the-job training as Associate Engineer, after successful completion of classroom training
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completed full-time education, including 10th and 12th (+2/Pre-University/Diploma), with an aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each programme
- Graduation aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA, based on the latest available marks
- No backlogs at the time of application
- Selected candidates must pass their final year examination in the first attempt
- Minimum hiring age is 18 years at the time of joining
- Service Agreement: Mandatory undertaking/bond of ₹2 lakhs for a period of 2 years and 9 months
