1) Department: Research & Development (R&D) – API

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer – API

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry

Key Skill or Job Description:

• Candidate will be responsible for research, development, optimization, scale-up, and documentation of API processes to support product development and lifecycle management.
• Execute research and development activities for new APIs and process improvements.
• Develop and optimize synthetic routes to achieve cost-effective and scalable processes.
• Conduct lab-scale experiments, process validation, and scale-up batches.
• Prepare and review technical documentation including reports and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process development and scale-up.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth technology transfer.
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and purification techniques.
• Hands-on experience in API process development and scale-up.
• Good understanding of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, IR, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
