1) Department: Manufacturing
Designation: Field Executive – DTA ASU & Utilities
Experience: Up to 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Key Skill / Job Description:
- Perform operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.
- Conduct day-to-day activities by following policies, SOPs, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify the LLF (Look, Listen and Feel) of equipment and maintain equipment health.
- Monitor and control field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs, and checklists.
- Support the Shift Superintendent in monitoring process parameters and resolving operational issues.
- Perform handover/takeover of equipment while following PTW/LOTO procedures.
- Collect and deliver field samples for laboratory testing.
- Perform gas testing such as LEL and O₂ level using portable instruments.
- Record site operations in shift logs and maintain inventory of logbooks, formats, spares, and consumables.
- Maintain housekeeping, hazardous waste segregation, and fire & safety equipment.
- Act as the first responder during emergencies and serve as a member of the Auxiliary Fire Squad.
- Understand rotary machine seal systems, lubrication systems, LO/LC valve status, and field instruments.
- Support regular risk assessments and conduct toolbox talks before job execution.
- Execute operations in line with safety procedures to reduce accidents and process failures.
- Report near-miss incidents and ensure compliance with IMS, ISO, TQM, OMS, PSM, QCC, and 5S.
- Follow LOTO, Nitrogen gas safety, and line break procedures.
