1) Department: ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
Designation: Analytical Development Laboratory Professional
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Qualification:
- M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry
- M.Pharma
Key Skill / Job Description:
- Method Development and Optimization using HPLC, LCMS.
- Method Validation as per regulatory and ICH guidelines.
- Preparation, review, and technical input for Specifications and Methods of Analysis (MOA).
- Execution of GLP-related activities including instrument calibration, qualification, and standard management.
- Preparation and review of analytical documentation, protocols, and reports.
2) Department: Technical Services Department (TSD) – R&D
Designation: Technical Services Professional
Experience: 3 – 10 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Key Skill / Job Description:
- Relevant experience in the Technical Services Department (TSD).
- Strong understanding of process development, scale-up activities, technology transfer, and commercialization of products.
- Experience in troubleshooting plant process issues and providing technical support to manufacturing teams.
- Knowledge of process optimization, yield improvement, cost reduction, and process validation activities.
- Experience in coordination between R&D, Production, QA, QC, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
3) Department: R&D Synthesis, Oncology, Peptides, CDMO
Designation: R&D Professional
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Qualification:
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
- Ph.D. Chemistry
Key Skill / Job Description:
- Basic understanding of API synthesis, process development, and DMF documentation.
- Knowledge of cost-effective, quality-driven, and eco-friendly processes aligned with ICH guidelines.
- Exposure to lab-scale process optimization, product validation, and technology transfer basics.
- Familiarity with KSM, intermediates, and API specifications.
- Working knowledge of NMR, Mass, and IR characterization.
4) Department: R&D – Isotopes (Deuterated)
Designation: R&D Isotopes Professional
Experience: 2 – 5 Years (Molecule Synthesis)
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
Key Skill / Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in deuterated molecule synthesis and multistep organic synthesis.
- Knowledge of reaction optimization, process development, and scale-up.
- Proficiency in NMR, LCMS, HPLC, IR, and Mass Spectrometry.
- Experience in purification techniques such as column chromatography and crystallization.
- Preparation of laboratory documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Basic understanding of isotope labeling, deuteration techniques, and laboratory safety.
