Key Responsibilities
Prepare Validation Master Plan, Quality Manual, and Site Master File.
Execute and review DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
Perform qualification of manufacturing equipment and utilities.
Handle HVAC, Purified Water, Pure Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, and Clean Room qualifications.
Conduct Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Utility Validation.
Review engineering documents, P&IDs, and qualification reports.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and vendors.
Support audits, investigations, and validation activities.
Handle QMS documents such as Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control.
Perform Computer System Validation (CSV).
