Designation: Deputy Manager – Manufacturing QMS
Experience: 15 plus years of Injectable Production QMS
Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description:
Responsible to review documents like BMR, BPR, APQR PV protocols & reports, Hold Time protocols & reports, CPP/CQA and any other Exhibit batch related documents.
Responsible to Act as the Functional Head for the SM Department as per the Training Management System (AIMS) and sign all related documents in the capacity of Functional Head / Department Head.
Responsible to prepare, review, finalize Job Descriptions for employees, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and required trainings in line with applicable function codes and to ensure that Job Descriptions are created, updated, and maintained in training software for all employees mapped under department.
Responsible to ensure training requirements for identified trainings are generated in training software with proper function, in coordination with HOD / DTC, as applicable.
Responsible to follow cGMP, GDP and discipline in the department and to ensure that all employees follow the same.
Responsible to give training to all subordinates, technicians and operators of the department
Responsible to attend the training as per training schedule and to ensure training as per TNI.
Responsible for the handling and assessment of change control, deviations, CAPA, investigation etc.
Responsible for quality management system of Sterile Manufacturing and Material Management.
Responsible for preparation, review, revision, control and implementation of standard operating procedures of sterile manufacturing and Material Management department.
