Hexgen Sports Tech is hiring Sales & Marketing Executive (Graduate Trainee)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline; BBA/MBA (Marketing/Sales), B.Com, Mass Communication, or Engineering backgrounds are welcome
Eligible Batches/Year of Passing: Passed-out students & 2027 YOP students can apply (Year of passing: 2026/2027)
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence in talking to people and a natural persuasive ability
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
Comfort with MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
Genuine interest in sports or sports technology (an advantage, not a requirement)
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Internship/Full-time
Compensation: 3-4 LPA range, plus performance incentives
Role Overview: Help grow customer base and brand presence by identifying leads, supporting sales conversations, and running marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and research prospects such as academies, clubs, schools, sports federations, and retailers
Generate leads through outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and follow up consistently
Conduct product demos and presentations with guidance from senior team members
Maintain the sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM
Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Marketing:
Plan and execute digital campaigns across socials, email, and the website
Create engaging content such as posts, short videos, blogs, and case studies
Support brand activations, tournaments, and sports events
Track campaign performance and report on leads, reach, and engagement
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
