Job Overview

Deloitte is hiring an Analyst for its D365 Finance & Operations Functional Supply Chain Management team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on supporting the implementation, configuration, and testing of supply chain processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Candidates will assist with requirement gathering, functional documentation, software testing, data migration, and user training. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in D365 F&O, experience using ERP systems, or a willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in requirement-gathering workshops with consultants and project team members.
2. Help identify business requirements related to supply chain management processes.
3. Assist in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations according to project requirements.
4. Support the execution of supply chain processes within the ERP system.
5. Help prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
6. Document business requirements and functional specifications.
7. Perform unit testing to verify individual system components.
8. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) to check interactions between system components.
9. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business needs.
10. Assist in preparing training materials and providing user training.
11. Support data migration activities during ERP implementation.
12. Assist with master data setup and validation.
13. Help identify and resolve functional issues during implementation.
14. Provide post-go-live support to help users resolve system-related problems.
15. Collaborate with consultants and team members to deliver successful ERP implementation projects.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
2. Applicants should have experience or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
3. Candidates who have used Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as end users can also be considered.
4. Applicants with experience in other ERP systems may apply if they are willing to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
5. An MBA in Supply Chain and Operations is a relevant qualification.
6. A BE degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is relevant.
