Observability Engineer

Experience: 4+ years

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Observability, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.

Hands-on experience with at least one observability suite: Grafana Stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Alloy), ELK Stack, Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, or Splunk.

Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Linux, Git, Python, Terraform/OpenTofu, and shell scripting.

Certifications in OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.

Responsibilities

Design and implement observability solutions for logs, metrics, and traces.

Build dashboards, alerts, and advanced visualizations.

Instrument applications and implement distributed tracing.

Integrate AI capabilities into observability platforms.

Analyze performance, availability, and capacity issues, and support incident resolution.

Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and SRE teams.

Document best practices and train technical users.
