1) Department: Production
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 01 to 03 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
Exposure to OSD manufacturing operations like granulation, compression, coating, pellet coating, capsule filling.
Knowledge of PAS, IX, SCADA, E-log.
Experience in primary and secondary packing section.
Knowledge of PAS, IX, E-log, track and trace, e-BMR.
2) Department: Production
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 04 to 08 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Experience of OSD manufacturing QMS and training activity.
- Working exposure of equipment qualification.
- Knowledge of PAS, IX, QMS, TRIMS.
- Working knowledge of Production planning and Inventory control.
- Well versed with Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Power BI and related AI tools.
3) Department: Maintenance
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 04 to 08 Years
Qualification: BE / DEE Electrical / Mechanical
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Mechanical/Electrical preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of process equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, electrical panels, E-log.
- Exposure of handling software breakdown will be an added advantage.
- Handling breakdown of Utility equipments, ETP, STP.
- Knowledge of HVAC system, Humidifier and Dehumidifier AHU.
4) Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 02 to 03 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Experience in IPQA manufacturing and packing section.
- Knowledge of SCADA equipment and PAS | X batch records.
- Qualification of Equipment with SCADA, facility and utility validations.
5) Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 05 to 06 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Analytical QA, Review of analytical reports.
- Online review of chemical and microbiological testing.
- GLP function, QC instruments with software qualification.
- Laboratory investigations.
- Hands on LIMS software, OpenLab, LC solution.
- Working knowledge of QMS.
- Production activities, change control, CAPA, incident, deviation, Market complaints.
