Job Description:
1. Overall responsibility for administration and maintenance of computer systems, IT infrastructure, and network operations.
2. Act as the System Administrator for both GxP and Non-GxP computerized systems.
3. Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth functioning of all computerized systems.
4. Coordinate IT infrastructure requirements, including procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
5. Ensure compliance of computerized systems with applicable IT policies, GxP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
6. Create and manage user accounts, user groups, roles, and access privileges across various applications.
7. Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
8. Manage offline data backup, archival, restoration, and retrieval activities to ensure business continuity.
9. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, either directly or by coordinating with vendors.
10. Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets, including tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
11. Ensure adherence to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) guidelines and company policies.
12. Respond effectively during emergencies by following established procedures and business continuity plans.
Skill Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Office 365.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, networking concepts, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall administration.
- Experience in administration of GxP-regulated computerized systems and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and data integrity requirements.
- Hands-on experience in user access management, system administration, backup, recovery, and IT asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and provide timely support in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and information security principles will be an added advantage.
