Designation: Chemical Engineer

Key Skill or Job Description:
- Experience in supervision of process plant field operations and refinery unit Shutdown/Start-up activities.
- Ability to read P&IDs and identify process equipment, piping systems, valves, drains, vents, utilities and sampling points.
- Practical exposure to valves due to operation, isolation/restoration assistance, draining, depressurization, venting, flushing, steaming, purging, gas-freeing, equipment handover/takeover, blind register maintenance and operational readiness checks.
- Experience in commissioning, start-up, stabilization, LOTO/isolation philosophy and utility systems is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of process equipment, piping systems and instrumentation.
- Ability to work in a team and ensure safe & efficient shutdown execution.
Work Location: HPCL Vizag Refinery, Visakhapatnam
