Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharma
Key skill or job description:
• OSD: Operate and oversee tablet compression machines. Operate granulation equipment (RMG, FBD, etc.). Ensure in-process quality and documentation. Ensure batch yield, quality and process parameters.
• Injectable: Manufacturing & holding, Autoclave, Vial Washing, Tunnel, Vial Filling and Sealing machine operators. Aseptic, Filling & CNC area Supervisors.
• QMS: Maintain and update SOPs, BMRs and other quality documents. Ensure compliance with cGMP, audits and training. Handle deviations, CAPA and change controls.
2. Department: Packing Department
Designation: Operators (Primary & Secondary) / Executives (Bulk & Blister Packing Line Supervisors)
Experience: 2 – 4 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharma
Key skill or job description:
• Bulk Packing: Carry out line clearance and equipment setup. Ensure accurate filling, labeling and documentation. Ensure compliance with packing quality standards.
• Blister Packing: Operate blister packing machines. Check packing materials, weight variation and sealing. Maintain line efficiency and documentation.
3.Department: Engineering Department
Designation: Technicians (Instrumentation, Electrical & Mechanical Plant Maintenance / Process Maintenance) / Executives (Mechanical & Instrumentation)
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma & B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical & Mechanical

• Electrical maintenance of both OSD & Injectable manufacturing lines.
• Process maintenance of both OSD & Injectables.

• OSD: Granulation, Compression, FBE, CVC packing line.
4.Department: Apprentices (Production & Packing)

Salary: Stipend ₹16,000/- per month
