• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Handle shipment costing, LC documentation, customs compliance, and insurance claims
• Verify freight invoices and ensure cost accuracy and optimization
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
