About the Role
Inspite Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor with strong design skills and hands-on experience in video editing. Knowledge and practical experience with AI creative tools is mandatory for this role.
The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, social media creatives, promotional videos, reels, advertisements, and AI-generated visual content for our clients and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality graphics for social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
Edit and produce engaging short-form videos, reels, advertisements, and promotional videos.
Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
Develop AI-generated images and videos using modern AI creative tools.
Use AI tools to enhance, generate, edit, and optimize creative content.
Adapt creative content according to different client brands and campaign requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest AI tools, design trends, video-editing techniques, and digital content formats.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and promotional videos.
Mandatory: Practical knowledge of AI creative tools.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Luma Dream Machine, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to create visually appealing content from concepts and briefs.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Added Advantage
Experience with Canva Pro or Figma.
Knowledge of AI-based video generation and image-generation tools.
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Knowledge of sound editing, audio syncing, and basic color grading.
Previous experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Ability to create AI-assisted creative concepts independently.
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
Portfolio
A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should submit examples of their graphic design, video editing, reels, motion graphics, and AI-generated creative work.
