Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with expertise in the design, installation, and optimization of HVAC systems for industrial projects, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with international engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and optimize HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
2. Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment sizing for chillers, AHUs, fans, and ducting systems.
3. Coordinate HVAC designs with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
4. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and applicable industry standards.
5. Implement energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions.
6. Prepare technical specifications, reports, drawings, and design documentation.
7. Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
8. Review and optimize existing HVAC systems to improve performance and reliability.
9. Collaborate with project teams to meet project schedules and client requirements.
10. Mentor junior engineers and support technical team development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, and maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning.
4. Proficiency in Carrier HAP, Trane Trace, or equivalent HVAC design software.
5. Knowledge of HVAC standards, load calculations, and equipment selection.
6. Familiarity with energy-efficient technologies and sustainability practices.
7. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, or offshore projects.
2. Knowledge of BIM software and HVAC modelling tools.
3. Exposure to system commissioning and troubleshooting.
4. LEED Certification, ASHRAE Membership, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
