Salary Details : Indian Overseas Bank Recruitment 2026

  • Scale of Pay (JMGS I – Assistant Manager): ₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62480 – 2340/2 – 67160 – 2680/7 – 85920. (DA, HRA, CCA as per rules).
  • Probation Period: 2 years of active service.
  • Service Indemnity Bond: ₹2,00,000/- for serving a minimum period of 3 years.

  • Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years. (Born not earlier than 02.08.1996 and not later than 01.08.2006, both dates inclusive).

B. Language Proficiency Test (LPT):

  • Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the official language of the state applied for.
  • Exemption: Candidates who produced a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet showing they studied the specified local language as a subject are exempted from LPT.

C. Personal Interview & Final Selection:

  • Interview Marks: 100 Marks (Qualifying marks: 45% for Reserved, 50% for Unreserved).
  • Weightage: Online Exam and Interview marks will be weighted in an 80:20 ratio.
