- Level and Pay : Level 4 of Pay Matrix with a minimum basic pay of Rs.25,500/- p.m.
- Allowances : Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA], and Transport Allowance are payable as per extant rules.
- Pension : Governed by the New Pension Scheme.
- Additional Benefits : Medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, etc., are admissible as per Central Government orders.

- OBC Candidates : 31 years (wherever posts are reserved).

A. Assistants / Upper Division Clerk (Post No. 1, 3 & 5)
- Graduation with minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized University.
- Pre-requisite: Graduation should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University. AND
- Proficiency in the use of Computers.
B. Junior Personal Assistant / Stenographer (Post No. 2, 4 & 6)
- Graduation with minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized University, with the pre-requisite condition that Graduation should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University; OR
- Diploma in Commercial/Secretarial Practice with minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized Board/University, with the pre-requisite condition that Diploma should have been completed within the minimum stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University; AND
- One-year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer. AND
- A minimum speed of 60 w.p.m. in English Stenography. AND
- Proficiency in the use of Computer.
Note on Experience: In the case of candidates with Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP)/Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice (DCCP), the Apprenticeship Training Certificate, issued by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, Apprenticeship Act 1961, will also be considered as equivalent to one year experience as Steno-Typist/Stenographer.
