Designation: Chemical Engineer
Experience: Relevant experience in operating or supervising a Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂) Plant or similar continuous chemical process plant
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- ITI (Chemical)
- Any other relevant Engineering discipline
Key Skills / Job Description
- Operate and monitor Hydrogen Peroxide process units safely and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth plant operations by maintaining process parameters within specified limits.
- Monitor field equipment, pump, compressors, reactors, heat exchangers, and utility systems.
- Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine operational activities in accordance with SOPs.
- Identify process abnormalities and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and statutory regulations.
- Record and maintain accurate shift logs, production data, and operational reports.
- Participate in troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow safe work practices, permit-to-work procedures, and emergency response guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with production, maintenance, utility, and quality teams to achieve production targets.
