1) Designation: Plant Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering)
Domain: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Chemical / Power Generation / Pharmaceutical
Key Skill or Job Description:
Ensure adherence to Information Management Plans, project specifications, and data control procedures
Perform data collection, cleansing, transformation, and loading for Contractor, Supplier, and Internal Project Stakeholder data
Manage engineering data and documents (Drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, Datasheets, Vendor Docs) across the asset lifecycle
Leverage CMMS/EAM/ERP systems for asset data management and master data optimization like SAP and Maximo
Hands-on experience in MS Excel with large data volume
Awareness of document control procedures and data governance standards
2) Designation: Document Controller
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering)
Domain: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical
Key Skill or Job Description:
Control and update project documents
Maintain the Document Distribution Matrix (DDM)
Coordinate project deliverables flow and report deliverable progress
Enforce Document Management procedures
Validate Master Document Registers (MDRs)
Perform quality checks on contractor deliverables
Maintain the Company MDR
Assign document numbers and metadata
Participate in project meetings
Assist with project deliverables handover
Proficiency with Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum, and EDMS
