1) Department: QC – Formulation (FG / In-Process) – Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI
Designation: Officer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: Analyze finished products using tests like Assay, RS, SCU, Spray Pattern, APSD (NGI), DDU, FPM, and physical tests. Operate and maintain instruments including HPLC/GC (Chromeleon), UV, pH meter, and Spray View. Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and 21 CFR Part 11, with accurate documentation.
2) Department: QA – Formulation (IPQA) – Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI
Designation: Officer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: IPQA activities for MDI & DPI formulations, line clearance, sampling, AQL inspection, retention sample management, BMR/BPR review (Pass-X), APQR preparation, and cleaning validation document review. Strong knowledge of cGMP, documentation practices, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
3) Department: QA – Formulation (IPQA & QMS) – Nasal / Derma / MDI & DPI
Designation: Executive
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: IPQA activities for MDI & DPI formulations, line clearance, sampling, AQL inspection, retention sample management, BMR/BPR review (Pass-X), QMS activities, deviation/OOS investigation, APQR preparation, and cleaning validation document review. Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
4) Department: QC – API (RM Analysis)
Designation: Officer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: In-process, HT and stability testing of API products using HPLC, UV, GC, IR and Polarimeter. Laboratory documentation as per cGMP, GLP and data integrity; OOS/OOT investigation support.
5) Department: QC – Formulation (OSD Stability Section)
Designation: Officer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: Perform stability testing of formulation products as per approved protocols. Conduct analysis using HPLC, UV, Dissolution, and other analytical instruments. Maintain laboratory documentation within cGMP, GLP and Data Integrity requirements. Ensure timely completion of stability studies and reporting.
6) Department: QC – Formulation (OSD FG / In-Process)
Designation: Officer

Key Skill or Job Description: Analysis of Finished Products (FG) using HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical instruments in OSD formulations. Expertise in pharmaceutical quality systems, including LIMS/QAMS/SAP. Handling of OOS/OOT and Lab Deviation.
7) Department: QC – Formulation (FG / In-Process) – Sterile / Ophthalmic
Designation: Officer

Key Skill or Job Description: Analysis of ophthalmic finished products using parameters such as Assay, Related Substances (RS), Dissolution, PSD by Malvern and various physical tests in compliance with quality standards. Operation and calibration of analytical instruments including HPLC and GC (Chromeleon software), UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, Analytical Balance, and pH Meter.
8) Department: Production Filling – Nasal & Derma
Designation: Operator
Experience: Minimum 2 Year
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Key Skill or Job Description: Experience in filling area of Nasal / Topical Formulation (Derma). Exposure of filling equipment i.e. Nasal filling machine (Make: DARA) & Derma filling machine i.e. Bottle filling and capping machine (Make: PKB), Sofbag filling machine (Make: Marchesini), Tube filling machine (Make: NORDEN and IMA-PG).
9) Department: Production Packing – Nasal & Derma
Designation: Operator
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma
Key Skill or Job Description: Packing activity for Nasal Formulation. Exposure to packing equipment like Sticker Labelling Machine, Cartooning Machine (Make: IMA-PG), Printing and Scanning System (Make: JEKSON). Working experience of Nasal Spray, Solution & Suspension in batch packaging operation. Experience of BMR in PAS-X.
10) Department: Production – Manufacturing – Sterile / Ophthalmic
Designation: Operator
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Qualification: ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: Clean room operations, steam sterilizer load preparation, vessels, homogenizers, CIP / SIP, filter integrity and glove leak testing. Bulk manufacturing & filtration in controlled area; BMR / logbook entries, balance & pH meter calibration, in-process checks.
11) Department: Production – Aseptic Filling – Sterile / Ophthalmic
Designation: Operator
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Qualification: ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc
Key Skill or Job Description: Aseptic practices and interventions in Grade A area, sterile API handling, suspension manufacturing. Filling machine operation, homogenizer, LAF, pass box, garment cubicle and NVPC systems.
12) Department: Production – Sterile / Ophthalmic
Designation: Officer
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm
Key Skill or Job Description: Supervision of unit operations in unclassified, controlled, aseptic and garment preparation areas; media fill and batch processing. Stage-wise batch reconciliation, material receipt / return, status labelling, in-process checks, aseptic filtration & filling. SOP and monthly report preparation, gap analysis, corrective action and handling of SAP.
13) Department: Engineering – Process Maintenance
Designation: Fitter / Electrician
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Electrician
Key Skill or Job Description: Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical process and packaging equipment is preferred. Exposure to granulation, compression, coating, filling, blistering, cartoning, labeling, and utility systems is an added advantage. Familiarity with cGMP requirements, maintenance documentation, and SAP-PM/CMMS systems is desirable.
14) Department: HVAC & Water System – Utility Operation
Designation: Fitter / Electrician
Experience: Minimum 5 Year
Qualification: ITI – Fitter / Electrician
Key Skill or Job Description: Operation of AHU, chiller, cooling tower, dehumidifier with DP, temperature and RH monitoring. Operation of PW / WFI system, MCDP, pure steam generator, distribution loop; sanitization, filter integrity, BMS / SCADA logs.
15) Department: Process Engineering – Process Maintenance
Designation: Officer
Experience: 5 to 6 Years
Qualification: B.E. / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical
Key Skill or Job Description: Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of process and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, and utility systems. Maintain maintenance records in SAP-PM/CMMS and support audits. IQ / OQ / PQ support, calibration, change control, deviation & CAPA, spare planning and AMC coordination.
