Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Tech Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, providing architectural direction to development teams, and owning end-to-end technical execution across multiple workstreams.

The candidate should have strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, integrations, and Azure Integration Services. The role also involves technical planning, delivery management, release coordination, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Leadership

Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Own end-to-end technical execution across multiple workstreams within the program.
Ensure technical solutions adhere to organizational standards and best practices.

2. Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development

Work extensively with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
Provide technical expertise in plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and JavaScript.
Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise systems.
Review technical implementations and ensure alignment with solution designs.

3. Azure & Integration Technologies

Work with Azure Integration Services and related integration technologies.
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
Provide technical direction for integration architecture and implementation.
Ensure reliable and scalable integration solutions across systems.

4. Solution Design & Code Review

Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables.
Ensure development work meets defined quality and technical standards.
Facilitate technical discussions and design review sessions.
Identify technical issues and drive appropriate resolution.

5. Technical Planning & Delivery

Drive estimation, technical planning, and sprint/release planning activities.
Define and track delivery milestones.
Monitor progress against project plans and committed ETAs.
Identify schedule risks, technical dependencies, and potential delivery challenges.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
