1. Marketing Organizer

• Graduation in any Discipline & MBA in full stream with specialization in Marketing
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in marketing of dairy/food products/FMCG products in a reputed firm

2. Technician Grade II (Refrigeration)

• SSLC & NCVT Certificate in ITI (MRAC)
• Experience: One Year Apprenticeship Certificate through RIC in the relevant field & Two year experience in the Relevant Trade in a Reputed Industry

IEligible candidates may appear for interview along with a duly filled application form in the prescribed format and self-attested copies of relevant documents and original documents for verification.

Note: Those who have previously worked in any unit of the Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union in the position of Marketing Organizer need not attend the interview.

Those who have worked for more than 2 years in any unit of the Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union in the position of Technician Grade-II (Refrigeration) need not attend the interview.

The walk-in-interview will be held at the following venue & date:-

Date & Time of Interview : 03 June 2026, 10.00 AMFollow the steps given below:

• Find the Technician, Marketing Organizer Job Notification in the “Recruitment/ Career/ Advertisement menu” link and click on it.
• Download the official notification from the link provided at the end.
• Read the official notifications carefully and verify your eligibility criteria.
• Visit the Official Offline Application / Registration link below.
• Take a Printout of official application form and other necessary documents required.
• Fill the required details correctly.
• Enclose (Attach) all the necessary documents required and attest by self signature.
• Next, if Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Ltd (TRCMPU) requires an application fee, make the payment as per the notification mode. Otherwise, go to the next step.
• Take photo copy of your application and cover it.
• Finally, Go for Walk-in dated on 03.06.2026.

There are two positions available on a contract basis:

• Marketing Organizer: Salary of ₹26,000 per month (Consolidated).
• Technician Grade II (Refrigeration): Salary of ₹24,000 per month (Consolidated).

2. When and where will the walk-in interview be conducted?

• The interview is scheduled for June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM. It will be held at the Kollam Dairy Conference Hall, Thevally, Kollam.

3. What is the age limit required to apply, and is there any relaxation? 

Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old as of January 1, 2026. However, age relaxation is applicable as per Kerala Co-operative Law:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation.
• OBC / Ex-Servicemen: 3 years relaxation.

4. Can a fresher apply for the Marketing Organizer or Technician Grade II positions? 

No, both positions require prior experience:

• Marketing Organizer requires a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in marketing dairy, food, or FMCG products in a reputed firm.
• Technician Grade II requires a 1-year apprenticeship certificate through RIC plus 2 years of experience in the relevant trade in a reputed industry.

5. Are there any restrictions for past employees of the Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union? 

Yes, specific restrictions apply:

• Anyone who has previously worked as a Marketing Organizer in any unit of this union is not eligible to attend.
• Anyone who has worked for more than 2 years as a Technician Grade-II (Refrigeration) in any unit of this union is not eligible to attend.
