Designation: Process Engineer
Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech – Chemical Engineering
Work Location: BKC, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop chemical plant processes from lab scale to commercial scale.
- Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, ULDs, MEB & MCR.
- Develop equipment specifications and plant layout drawings.
- Perform utility calculations and design utility systems.
- Design / specify key process equipment (agitators, condensers, heat exchangers, pumps, batch reactors).
- Prepare specifications for Cooling Towers, Chilling Plants, Boilers & Compressed Air Systems.
- Support scale-up, tech transfer and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot process issues and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
- Manage / support process development projects from concept to execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–8 years of experience in Organic Chemical Manufacturing.
- Experience in Specialty Chemicals / Bulk Drugs / Agrochemicals / Pigments / Fine Chemicals.
- Strong knowledge of Process Design, Equipment Selection & Utility Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in Scale-up, Tech Transfer & Plant Operations.
- Knowledge of simulation tools / engineering design software (added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / ≤1 Month Notice Period preferred
