- • Achievement of brand target, market share and drives continuous growth for the given portfolio.
- • Develop a deep understanding of the therapy area and plan the strategy that drives company vision for the therapy.
- • Prepare brand budget and promotional activities. Manage the profitability (P&L) of assigned therapy.
- • Brand differentiation within therapy space.
- • Cross functional collaboration (Sales/Medical/Distribution).
- • New product identification and portfolio management through market/primary/secondary research.
- • Customers connect / KOL development through CME/Advisory/fieldwork to get marketing insights and feedback on brand activities.
- • Deliver insights that drive team decisions on strategy and product development.
- • Partner with Regional business leaders to identify, analyze and solve key challenges, leveraging your expertise to advise on strategic objectives and product roadmap.
- • Translate data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- • Create visualizations, presentations and executive summaries that communicate findings to internal stake holders.
