Key Skill or Job Description:
- Provide technical services and application support to tyre and non-tyre sector customers.
- Application development of new products.
- Attend and resolve customer quality complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate with customers on technical matters and conduct related discussions.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of technical service activities, including report generation and complaint handling.
- Support regions in achieving targeted sales volumes through effective technical service.
- Generate market intelligence and identify current and emerging customer needs.
- Implement and maintain IMS standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EnMS, ISO/IEC 17025, and IATF within the MTS department.
- Conduct periodic review of test procedures, validations, and data analysis.
- Organize and deliver technical trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
2) Department: Marketing Technical Services
Designation: Executive – MTS
Experience: Minimum 8+ Years in non tyre industry
Qualification: BSc + DIL in rubber / MSc / BE or BTECH in rubber technology
Key Skill or Job Description:
- To provide technical service to Non tyre industries and lab activities.
- Attend customer quality complaints.
- Communicating with customers on technical matters with non-tyre customers.
- Quality and timeliness of technical service-related activities.
- Assist region to achieve targeted sales volumes through effective technical service.
- Market information generation and identification of current and emerging needs of customer.
- Maintain IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), EnMS, ISO/IEC17205 and IATF, at MTS Department.
- Periodic review of test procedures, validation and data analysis.
- Preventive maintenance / calibration of equipment and instruments.
- To ensure good housekeeping practices and safety related activities.
Key Expertise:
- Application for non-tyre sector.
- Good experience of rubber compounding, process development, application etc for non-tyre sector.
