The Odoo Functional Consultant leads client implementations, conducts business process mapping, and ensures seamless adoption of Odoo ERP solutions across various modules.This role collaborates closely with key stakeholders, end-users, and technical developers to translate business needs into functional solutions.

Location
Onsite – Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Mapping: Conduct discovery sessions to analyze client workflows, gather business requirements, and map them to standard Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP, POS).
Implementation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and customize Odoo applications to meet functional specifications and business goals.
Documentation: Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
Data Migration & UAT: Lead data mapping and migration activities; design test cases, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate go-live readiness.
Training & Support: Deliver functional training sessions to key users and end-users; provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot operational issues.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with Odoo technical developers to translate complex requirements into customization specs and verify custom module builds.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Implementation Consultant.

Odoo Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Odoo versions 16, 17, or 18 across core enterprise workflows.
