Key Skill or Job Description:
- Assist in formulating and executing shift operation plans to achieve production and operational targets.
- Conduct equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance analysis using OMPro systems.
- Inspect plant equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Supervise safe plant shutdowns, startups, and equipment isolation activities.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and prevent recurring equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate shift logs, operational records, and technical reports.
- Support troubleshooting during plant upsets and emergency situations.
- Possess knowledge of rotary machine seal systems, compressor lubrication systems, and instrument field locations.
- Coordinate effectively with production, maintenance, utility, and safety departments.
- Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture across operations.
- Ensure compliance with API 754 process safety performance indicators and company standards.
- Report near misses, unsafe conditions, and incidents as per organizational procedures.
