Experience: 5 to 10 years in Process Industry Site Operations/Maintenance (with 2-3 years in HSE).
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Chemistry.
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Ensure Up-to-date documentation (standards/guidelines/procedures).
- Achieve Network steering team/subcommittee deliverables.
- Participate in and support audits of the relevant area/plant.
- Conduct and analyze Safety Observations to modify behaviors.
- Participate in Risk Management (Hazard Analysis, Incident Investigation).
- Impart training to enhance competency.
- Engage with external industry bodies and associations.
- Plan Safety promotion for increased awareness.
