1) Department: Production (Polymer Plant)
Designation: Junior Engineer – Production (Polymer Plant)
Experience: 4 – 7 years of experience in Polymer Plant / Rubber Industry only
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical / Diploma in Mechanical / MSc / B Sc Chemistry
Key Skill or Job Description:
Exposure to continuous process plant operations and activities
Hands-on experience in handling Distillation Columns and multiple reactors
Strong troubleshooting skills with good knowledge of: Various types of pumps, Valves, Other field operation activities
Good understanding of Work Permit System and safety procedures.
2) Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Senior Executive – Quality Assurance
Experience: 7 – 10 years of experience in QA domain
Qualification: B. Tech / MSc Chemistry / B. Pharm.
Key Skill or Job Description:
Experience in IMS (ISO 9001/2015) & IATF 16949
GC, GCMS
Proficient in 7 QC tools
Internal/external audits (WHO, USFDA and IATS)
Effective handling of regulatory & compliance requirements
CAPA, IPQA related activity and continuous improvement activities
BMR & BPR review
Execution of process validation
3) Department: QC (Polymer Lab)
Designation: Junior Officer – QC (Polymer Lab)
Experience: 4 – 7 years of experience in Plastic / Polymer Lab
Qualification: CIPET Diploma | BSc | MSc – Polymer Science
Key Skill or Job Description:
Strong knowledge in Polymer testing
Plastics processing methods such as Injection moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion moulding
Hands on experience on the same
