Technical Lead Salesforce

7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution
delivery.
Proven experience in a Tech Lead, Technical Project Lead, or equivalent role.
Strong project management and cross-functional delivery experience.
Hands-on Salesforce experience, including platform capabilities, integrations, workflows,
and enterprise use cases.
Experience building or enabling AI agents, assistant workflows, or intelligent automation
solutions.
Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM and agent-building platforms.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and enterprise
application design.
Excellent stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Description: Scope of Work:
This role leads technical delivery across cross-functional initiatives, guiding solution
design and helping teams build scalable, business-aligned systems that combine
enterprise workflow platforms with AI-driven capabilities. The Tech Lead brings strong
project management, Salesforce expertise, and hands-on experience building AI agents on
platforms such as Claude and Agentforce. The objective is to align technology execution
with business priorities while delivering well-architected, maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions,
integrations, and enterprise workflows.
Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams
to define scope, solution approach, priorities, and implementation plans.
Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring
alignment with business requirements and long-term architecture goals.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for agent-building initiatives using Claude,
Agentforce, and related AI tooling.
Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing
agent experiences.
Drive project execution by managing dependencies, technical risks, delivery milestones,
and cross-team coordination.
Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches to
ensure quality and maintainability.
Mentor engineers and developers, support technical decision-making, and establish
engineering best practices.
Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to prioritize high-value use cases and
operationalize solutions effectively.
Ensure solutions meet standards for governance, security, reliability, and supportability.
Time Zone Coverage: U.S. Central Time (CST); some overlap with India Standard Time (IST)
is expected (Preferably, availability until 11:00 a.m. CST)
