Norstella is hiring a Technical PO/Product Operations Manager to establish product operating processes, tooling, documentation standards and cross-functional planning practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
Skills
- Product operations, product development lifecycle, product documentation, roadmapping, backlog management, dashboards, QBRs, OKRs, Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Notion, agile methodologies, market research, cross-functional facilitation
Responsibilities
- Audit and improve product-team ways of working
- design a product operations framework
- standardize documentation and the product development lifecycle
- implement planning and backlog tools
- build delivery dashboards
- run QBRs, roadmap reviews and sprint demos
- track OKRs
- enable cross-functional teams
- establish feedback loops and remove process bottlenecks
