Technical Project Manager -Digital & Website Services

Role Summary
The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer’s digital platforms and websites. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, creative agencies, technology providers, and support teams, this role will ensure the successful execution of website initiatives, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives.

The role combines project management, technical oversight, service delivery management, and website governance to support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, releases, digital marketing initiatives, and technology modernization efforts across the website ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for website-related initiatives, support services, enhancements, and operational activities.

Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities, scope requirements, project objectives, and delivery roadmaps.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of website enhancements, feature releases, content initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

Coordinate activities across development teams, design partners, content teams, and third-party technology vendors.

Plan, track, and oversee website releases, deployments, testing activities, and change management processes.

Monitor website performance, availability, security, compliance, and operational health across all supported environments.

Manage support requests, incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement backlogs, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
