1. Department: Production
Section: Granulation / Capsule Filling / Coating Operator
Designation: Operator
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc
Key skill or job description:
- Operate and monitor granulation equipment as per approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
- Perform dispensing, sifting, dry mixing, wet granulation, and related manufacturing activities as per batch requirements.
- Operate equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Multi Mill, Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD).
- Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
- Perform coating activities for tablets using film coating, enteric coating, or other approved coating processes.
- Carry out machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning, and changeover activities.
- Operate and monitor automatic/semi-automatic capsule filling machines as per approved SOPs, BMR, and GMP requirements.
- Perform capsule filling operations using approved powder, granules, pellets, or other dosage forms as per batch requirements.
- Ensure proper availability and identification of empty capsules and approved bulk material before starting the batch.
2. Department: Quality Control
Section: HPLC & Wet Analysis
Designation: Executive / Jr. Executive
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Key skill or job description:
- Knowledge on HPLC MV.
- Knowledge on Wet Analysis.
- Chromatographic Techniques.
- cGLP compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
3. Department: Engineering
Section: HVAC / Mechanical / Utility
Designation: Executive / Jr. Executive
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Key skill or job description:
- Operation of AHUs, Dehumidifiers, Dust Collectors, Ventilation Systems, Chillers.
- Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC.
- Maintenance of all Air Conditioners.
- Check the leakages of chilled water, air leakages from plenum, inspection doors, ducts and pipe lines.
- Supervision of water plant and purified water plant.
- Operation of Steam Boilers.
