Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess: (a) Matriculation or its equivalent examination, and (b) Minimum qualification of Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) from a recognized University registered under Pharmacy Act, 1948 (Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy / B. Pharm candidates can also apply). Candidates must be registered with the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council and possess a minimum of two (02) years of experience as a Pharmacist (experience with PSBs / PSUs / Government organizations will be preferred). Basic working knowledge of computers is required.

Selection is conducted through an Interview for shortlisted candidates. Shortlisting criteria consider overall educational qualifications (PG/Degree/Diploma), distance of residence from Bank dispensaries across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, and previous experience with PSBs, PSUs, Government hospitals, or RBI. Shortlisted candidates undergo interview, document verification, and medical fitness examination before final empanelment for the 240-day panel.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

Fixed hourly remuneration of ₹600/- per hour up to 5 hours daily (maximum ₹3,000/- per day), translating to approximately ₹66,000 – ₹75,000/- per month depending on dispensary working days.

Fixed hourly remuneration at the rate of ₹600/- per hour with a maximum period of 5 hours per day (not exceeding ₹3,000/- per day). Appointees will not be entitled to any additional pay, allowances, or other facilities. Contract engagement is for a maximum period of 240 days at a stretch across various Bank dispensaries in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
