Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess an MBBS degree with recognized Post Graduate Degree / DNB / Diploma in the concerned specialty (Medicine, Anaesthesia, Paediatrics, General Surgery, or Obstetrics & Gynaecology). Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) for both MBBS and PG qualifications on or before the date of interview (or applied for receipt of PG DMC on the date of interview). Must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency under Central Residency Scheme (fresh candidates given first preference; candidates having completed 3 years SR may be considered in absence of fresh candidates as per circular dated 10.06.2011).

Selection is formulated through a Walk-in-Interview on 21.10.2026 at Seminar Room B6317, 5th Floor, Admin Block, Indira Gandhi Hospital, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077 (Registration: 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM; Interview: 10:00 AM onwards). Evaluation is conducted by the Selection Board based on clinical specialty knowledge, PG academic record, and viva-voce performance. A waitlisted panel valid for 6 months will be prepared for future vacancies.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration

7th CPC Pay Matrix Level 11 with starting basic pay of ₹67,700/- plus NPA @ 20%, Dearness Allowance, HRA, and Transport Allowance as admissible under GNCTD rules.

Pay Matrix Level 11 (Basic Pay ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700/-) plus 20% Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA), DA, HRA, and other usual allowances admissible under Govt. of NCT of Delhi rules. Appointment is initially for a period of 89 days on emergent adhoc basis, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years under the Residency Scheme.

• Fill out all mandatory fields in neat block letters and affix a recent passport-size photograph.

Assemble self-attested photocopies of Class X (DOB proof), Class XII, MBBS degree & year-wise mark sheets, internship completion certificate, attempt certificate, MD/MS/DNB/Diploma certificate & mark sheets, valid DMC registration certificate, experience certificate (if any), and caste/EWS certificate (Delhi format).

• Report in person on 21.10.2026 between 09:30 AM and 11:00 AM at: Seminar Room B6317, 5th Floor, Admin Block, Indira Gandhi Hospital, Sector-9, Dwarka, New Delhi-110077 .
• Submit the application form with enclosures and present original documents for physical verification before the interview committee. Selected candidates must be prepared to join immediately or within 07 days of the offer letter.
