Educational Qualification
- ITI Trades (46 seats): 10th pass + ITI (NTC) in relevant trade.
- SSLC (79 seats): 10th standard pass for Grinder, Painter, and Scaffolder interns.
- HSE/ITI (19 seats): 12th standard pass or ITI for Warehouse Assistant.
- Diploma (10 seats): 3-year Diploma in Civil, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Catering, Pharmacy, or Nursing.
- Graduation (9 seats): Non-technical Degree (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA) for Clerical Intern.
- Age: 18–25 years; annual family income must be under ₹12 Lakhs.

Shortlisting of candidates is done strictly based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to respective trades/disciplines. Relative merit in case of ties is decided based on seniority in age. Shortlisted candidates receive offer letters via the PMIS portal and report for certificate verification and medical fitness at CSL Kochi.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
Stipend of Rs. 11,000/- per month for ITI, SSLC, and 12th level interns; Rs. 13,000/- per month for Diploma and Degree level interns (including Government DBT share).
Monthly stipend of Rs. 11,000/- for ITI, SSLC, and HSE disciplines; Rs. 13,000/- for Diploma and Graduation disciplines, including Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by Government of India under PMIS.

- Register using your Aadhaar number and mobile number, and complete candidate profile details.
- Upload educational certificates (10th/12th/ITI/Diploma/Degree) and select Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) internship opportunities under the respective sector/trade.
- Submit the application online before the portal closing date. No application fee is required.
Check the PMIS portal dashboard regularly for shortlisting status and offer letters.
